Iflowsoft Solutions Inc. requires a Software developer (cognos) who will be Responsible fop the following:

• Technical design, development and support related to Cognos BI solutions
• Architect, design, develop, deploy BI and datawarehouse Applications using Cognos 10.2.1
• Design, architect Cognos report Framework, model analysis, design, testing, documenting and maintaining versions using VSS tool
• Architecting solutions for projects and defining approach and ensuring delivery with quality BI, Dashboard, Metadata and Report Solutions, design dashboards, cubes, migration, database programming and schema design
• Write Unix/ Linux and shell scripts
• Design and development of database program using SQL Server 2012 and Oracle 11g
• Code promotion, version control and QA procedures
• Perform unit testing and fix bugs reported by users
• Support post production bugs reported by business users. Develop and maintain functional automation test cases in the project
• Maintain, build and deploy process

Technical Skills:

Cognos 10.2.1, datawarehouse, Cognos BI, MS SQL Server 2012, Oracle 11g, Unix/Linux shell scripts, Cognos Report Framework

REQUIREMENTS

Masters degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study with 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study with 5 years progressive experience in job offered or related occupation with similar duties, Position requires 2 years experience with Cognos 10.2.1, DATAWAREHOUSE, Cognos BI, MS SQL Server 2012, Oracle 11G, UNIX/LINUX Shell Scripts, Cognos Report Framework.
