Iflowsoft Solutions Inc has Multiple positions available for UX Designer whose will be responsible for the following:

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align to define and drive the UX strategy with Business goals and User needs.
• Conceptualize and design sophisticated user interfaces in the form of wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Conduct usability testing and heuristic evaluations to assess existing user interfaces.
• Propose strategic redesigns and enhancements to improve the user experience, interaction patterns, and interface layouts, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetics.
• Create and maintain user flows, interaction concepts, navigation diagrams for information architecture Ensure consistency in design across all platforms (web, tablet, and mobile).
• Design User Experience and Interface Design, Wire Framing, Visual Design, Prototyping, Designing and Redesigning Web applications.
• Create and develop UX designs using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, HTML.

REQUIREMENTS

Position requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study with 3 years of experience In job offered or related position with similar duties. Employer will accept a foreign degree equivalent based upon a combination of education and work experience. One year experience is required with UX Design and with the following technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, JQuery and Bootstrap, where all such experience may be acquired concurrently. Travel required to unanticipated client locations all over the United States. Given the nature of its business operations in the field of Information Technology Consulting and software development, Iflowsoft requires its employees who are implementing projects to travel to client sites. These sites will be in the New Jersey Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) and other unanticipated locations within the United States for the time period determined by the project timelines.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. Salary offered is $128,253.00 per year.
