Iflowsoft Solutions Inc has Multiple positions available for Business System Analyst whose will be responsible for the following:

• Analyze current and future state system requirements and processes to ensure all application feature are appropriately delineated.
• Gather and/or define business requirements through interviews, workshops, and meetings with subject matter experts (SME).
• Design project plan, project estimation, budget, resources using MS project.
• Collaborate with business owners and technical leads to design new computerized systems processes that will be user friendly, agency compliant and facilitate timely reporting on case management outcomes.
• Provide expertise and appropriate design options and methodologies for new software applications.
• Create and distribute relevant design documentation for programming staff.
• Design tests cases, agile and scrum methodology, sprint planning, UML, VISIO.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with team members to identify and resolve issues faced by the Users.
• Create Test plans, Test cases, UAT.
• Conduct training and support to new users as needed.
• Anchor the daily stand-up meeting with the team, status of SDLC activities.

REQUIREMENTS

Position requires Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field of study with 2 years experience In job offered or related position with similar duties. 1 year experience required in MS project, UML, VISIO, AGILE, SCRUM, where all such experience can be acquired concurrently. Travel required to unanticipated client locations all over the United States.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. Salary offered is $152,859.00 per year.
